rThe Premium Deluxe Edition comes in an autographed & individually numbered hard back case-bound book format (approx. 190 mm x 145 mm) and contains two additional bonus tracks from the album sessions specifically reserved for this version of the album.
It also features custom artwork as specifically directed by the band and, in keeping with the book format, contains twenty eight bound pages printed on specialist matte paper with several unique elements (as listed below).
