LED ZEPPELIN Led Zeppelin III (Rare 1970 UK first press10-track stereo vinyl LP, with the sought after Peter Grantlabel credit below the album title & ‘Do What Thou Wilt’/ ‘SoMote It Be’ hand-scratched into the run-outs. Comes housed intheoriginal die-cut laminated gatefold picture sleeve with top& bottom opening rotating wheel [later issues discarded this].The sleeve is graded EX [with some ‘crinkling’ to the laminate,mainly to the back] & the rotating wheel is in full workingorder – there is also some discolouring to the edges. There isa vintage shop sticker to one label and a faint annotation tothe other. The vinyl has been professionally cleaned & gradesVG with several light paper scuffs & one or two light scratcheswhich have little effect on play)

The Peter Grant label credit as the band’s executive producer is a very tough pressing to find. This text was absent from all later issues.
There are no vinyl differences between this and the second label variant, which actually followed on from this one without pause.
