Description
ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Fantasia (1984 UK 9-track double LP,rfeaturing the digitally re-recorded music for the film. When the originalrfilm print was remastered, it was found that the music from 1940r[albeit the first stereophonic cinematic release] no longer matched uprto the enhanced visual experience. Disney studios finally took therdecision to re-record the soundtrack music, adhering faithfully torLeopold Stokowski’s original arrangements, in order to present thersoundtrack in Dolby Stereo upon re-release. This double albumrfeatures that re-recorded soundtrack, as conducted by Irwin Kostal, inra lovely gatefold picture sleeve with detailed notes & pictures from therremaster.
